Whenever possible, shut off system power before working on equipment.

Do not work on electrical equipment by youself. Be sure to have another person nearby
who can give first aid if necessary.

CONNECTOR AND WIRE INSPECTION
1. Inspecting Connectors.
a. Inspect connector housing (Figure 1, Item 2) for damage.
b. Inspect connector for bent or damaged pins (Figure 1, Item 4).
Inspect connector for damaged or missing gaskets or seals (Figure 1, Item 3).
d. Inspect connector wires (Figure 1, Item 1) for damaged insulation or broken or frayed wires.

a. Inspect wire insulation for burned or damaged insulation.
b. Inspect wire insulation for missing or cracked insulation.
Inspect wires for frayed or broken wires.
