2. HVAC Blower Motor Does Not
Function in One or More Speeds
This test is designed to diagnosis one fault at a time. If system
has multiple component failures, it may be necessary to perform
this test again after making initial repair.
Tag wiring harnesses to aid installation.
Test Step 1.
1. Turn ignition switch and bat-
tery disconnect switch to OFF
position (TM 5-2410-240-10).
2. Connect MSD to machine (WP
0016).
3. Turn battery disconnect switch
and ignition switch to ON posi-
tion (TM 5-2410-240-10).
Select Machine Control D6K.
N OT E
Wait at least 30 seconds in order for diagnostic codes to become
active.
4. Monitor diagnostic codes with
Diagnostic/Event Codes - Repair
MSD (WP 0013). Check and
active code (WP 0013).
