Install headliner on machine (WP
0219).
Verify proper operation of flood
lamps (TM 5-2410-240-10).
Resistance 5.0 Ohms or Greater
- Replace upper cab wiring
harness (WP 0229).
Install LH rear flood lamp and RH
rear flood lamp on machine (WP
0257).
Connect C-C31 (WP 0018, Figure
28) on flood lamp relay (WP 0018,
Figure 55).
For D6K Dozer with Ripper, install
ripper operation control handle
(WP 0218). For D6K Dozer with
Winch, install winch operation
control handle (WP 0217).
Verify proper operation of flood
lamps (TM 5-2410-240-10).
Test Step 14. Test 607-PK Flood
Lamp Relay Output Circuit and
200-BK Ground Circuit Inside
Rear Flood Lamp for High
Resistance or Open.
N OT E
This test applies to both D6K rear flood lamps. Repeat test steps
to test each flood lamp as required.
