Tag all electrical harness connectors to aid installation.
7. Remove four bolts (Figure 3, Item 1) from instrument panel (Figure 3, Item 2).
8. Remove two bolts (Figure 3, Item 4) and washers (Figure 3, Item 3) from instrument panel (Figure 3, Item 2).
9. Tilt instrument panel (Figure 3, Item 2) back and allow it to rest on the support cable.
