18. Lift instrument panel (Figure 20, Item 2) up to mounting position.
19. Install two washers (Figure 20, Item 3) and bolts (Figure 20, Item 4) on instrument panel (Figure 20, Item 2).
20. Install four bolts (Figure 20, Item 1) on instrument panel (Figure 20, Item 2).
