Turn flood lamp switch to OFF
Inspect rear flood lamps.
position (TM 5-2410-240-10).
Turn battery disconnect switch to
OFF position (TM 5-2410-240-10).
Disconnect blower medium high
relay (WP 0018, Figure 50) from
C-C31 (WP 0018, Figure 28).
Replace flood lamp relay (WP
0018, Figure 55).
For D6K Dozer with Ripper, install
ripper operation control handle
(WP 0218). For D6K Dozer with
Winch, install winch operation
control handle (WP 0217).
Connect C-C72 (WP 0018, Figure
43) on blower medium high relay
(WP 0018, Figure 50).
Install blower medium high relay
on A/C heater assembly.
Close left rear compartment
access door.
Install fuse panel front cover on
machine (TM 5-2410-240-10).
Verify proper operation of flood
lamps (TM 5-2410-240-10).
Both Rear Flood Lamps Do Not
Work - Turn flood lamp switch to
OFF position (TM 5-2410-240-10).
Turn battery disconnect switch to
OFF position (TM 5-2410-240-10).
Disconnect blower medium high
relay (WP 0018, Figure 50) from
C-C31 (WP 0018, Figure 28).
Connect C-C72 (WP 0018,
Figure 43) on blower medium high
relay (WP 0018, Figure 50).
Install blower medium high relay
on A/C heater assembly.
Close left rear compartment
access door.
Install fuse panel front cover on
machine (TM 5-2410-240-10).
Proceed to Test Step 9.
