18. Loosen fitting (Figure 10, Item 7).
19. Loosen fitting (Figure 10, Item 6).
20. Remove fitting (Figure 10, Item 7) from fitting (Figure 10, Item 4).
21. Remove fitting (Figure 10, Item 6) from fitting (Figure 10, Item 5).
22. Remove bolt (Figure 10, Item 3), washer (Figure 10, Item 2), bracket (Figure 10, Item 8) and spacer
(Figure 10, Item 1) from back of cab (Figure 10, Item 9).
