Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
The cab weighs approximately 5,000 lb (2,268 kg).
2. Attach lifting device on cab and support weight of cab.

Remove two front mounts or two rear mounts at the same time.
3. Remove two bolts (Figure 2, Item 1), washers (Figure 2, Item 2), washers (Figure 2, Item 3), sleeves (Figure 2,
Item 5), and rubber mounts (Figure 2, Item 4) from cab.
4. With assistance, lift cab slightly and tilt cab to remove two rubber mounts (Figure 2, Item 6) from cab.
