Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to
follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
The cab weighs approximately 5,000 lb (2,268 kg).
The following procedure is for the left front ca mount. Use this same procedure for all cab
b
mounts.
1. With assistance, attach lifting device. Lift cab slightly and tilt cab to install two rubber mounts (Figure 3, Item 6)
on cab and lower cab.
2. Install two rubber mounts (Figure 3, Item 4), sleeves (Figure 3, Item 5), washers (Figure 3, Item 3), washers
(Figure 3, Item 2), and bolts (Figure 3, Item 1) on cab.
3. Remove lifting device from cab.
