Note position of stop on recliner shaft with seat in full upright and full recline position for
ease of installation.
Note position of seat recliner gears on recliner shaft gears for ease of installation.
Note position of recliner shaft and shaft springon seat adjuster for ease of installation.
12. With seat back in full upright position, remove bolt (Figure 14, Item 1), washer (Figure 14, Item 2), and stop
(Figure 14, Item 3) from recliner shaft (Figure 14, Item 5). Mark tooth on shaft.
13. Remove six bolts (Figure 14, Item 6) and nuts (Figure 14, Item 7) from two seat recliner brackets (Figure 14,
Item 4) and seat adjuster (Figure 14, Item 8).
