A/C HOSE REMOVAL

1. Remove right side engine enclosure (WP 0182) and debris guards (WP 0187).
C AU T I O N
Cap or plug all A/C lines, A/C hoses, and fittings during removal to protect against
contamination. Failure to follow this caution may result in equipment damage.
N OT E
Tag and mark A/C lines and AC hoses to aid installation.

Note routing of A/C hose to aid installation.
2. Loosen two fittings (Figure 1, Items 7 and 11).
3. Disconnect A/C hose (Figure 1, Item 6) from A/C line (Figure 1, Item 10) and from accumulator (Figure 1,
Item 5).
4. Remove two O-rings (Figure 1, Items 9 and 14) from A/C hose (Figure 1, Item 6). Discard O-rings.
5. Loosen two fittings (Figure 1, Items 4 and 12).
6. Disconnect A/C hose (Figure 1, Item 3) from accumulator (Figure 1, Item 5).
7. Remove O-ring (Figure 1, Item 8) from A/C hose (Figure 1, Item 3). Discard O-ring.
8. Disconnect A/C hose (Figure 1, Item 13) from A/C line (Figure 1, Item 2).
9. Remove O-ring (Figure 1, Item 1) from A/C line (Figure 1, Item 2). Discard O-ring.
