A/C HOSE REMOVAL CONTINUED

C AU T I O N
Cap or plug all A/C hoses and fittings during removal to protect against contamination.
Failure to follow this caution may result in equipment damage.
N OT E
Tag and mark A/C hoses to aid installation.
Note orientation of fittings to aid installation.
15. Loosen two fittings (Figure 4, Item 7).
16. Remove two fittings (Figure 4, Item 7) from fittings (Figure 4, Item 5).
17. Remove two fittings (Figure 4, Item 8) from A/C hoses (Figure 4, Items 9 and 10).
18. Remove two O-rings (Figure 4, Item 1) from two A/C hoses (Figure 4, Items 9 and 10). Discard O-rings and
position A/C hoses aside.
19. Remove two nuts (Figure 4, Item 6) and fittings (Figure 4, Item 5) from bracket (Figure 4, Item 4).

Note routing of A/C hoses to aid installation.
20. Remove two A/C hoses (Figure 4, Items 2 and 3) from machine.
21. Remove two fittings (Figure 4, Item 5) from A/C hoses (Figure 4, Items 2 and 3).
22. Remove two O-rings (Figure 4, Item 1) from two A/C hoses (Figure 4, Items 2 and 3). Discard O-rings.
