Apply liberal amount of antiseize on studs.
1. Install 12 studs (Figure 1, Item 7) on engine (Figure 1, Item 3). Tighten studs to 26 lb-ft (35 Nm).
2. Install four studs (Figure 1, Item 8) on exhaust manifold (Figure 1, Item 1). Tighten studs to 26 lb-ft (35 Nm).
3. Install six new gaskets (Figure 1, Item 2) and exhaust manifold (Figure 1, Item 1) on machine.
4. Install 12 spacers (Figure 1, Item 4), washers (Figure 1, Item 5) and new locknuts (Figure 1, Item 6) on exhaust
manifold (Figure 1, Item 1). Tighten locknuts to 41 lb-ft (55 Nm).

1. Install engine oil filter, base and lines (WP 0083).
2. Install turbocharger (WP 0062).
3. Verify correct operation of machine (TM 5-2410-241-10).
