When installing multiple radiator cores, align all radiator cores before tightening bolts.
5. Install two washers (Figure 16, Item 4) and bolts (Figure 16, Item 5) on radiator core (Figure 16, Item 3).

Install hoses as noted during removal.
6. Install two hoses (Figure 16, Item 1) on radiator core (Figure 16, Item 3).
7. Tighten two clamps (Figure 16, Item 2) on hoses (Figure 16, Item 1).
