CENTER RADIATOR CORE INSTALLATION CONTINUED

Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to
follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Door weighs approximately 120 lb (54 kg).
8. Attach lifting strap, and lifting device on door (Figure 17, Item 1).
9. With assistance using lifting device, install door (Figure 17, Item 1) on hinge (Figure 17, Item 4).
10. Remove lifting device and strap from door (Figure 17, Item 1).
11. Close door (Figure 17, Item 1) on hinge (Figure 17, Item 4).
12. Attach lifting strap, and lifting device on second door (Figure 17, Item 1).
13. With assistance using lifting device, install door (Figure 17, Item 1) on hinge (Figure 17, Item 4).
14. Remove lifting device and strap from door (Figure 17, Item 1).
15. Close door (Figure 17, Item 1) on hinge (Figure 17, Item 4).
16. Install eight washers (Figure 17, Item 3) and bolts (Figure 17, Item 2) on door (Figure 17, Item 1).
