Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Bulldozer weighs approximately 67,000 lb (30,390 kg).
Track roller weighs approximately 150 lb (68 kg).
This procedure is for one track roller. Use same procedure for remaining track rollers.
1. Using lifting device and roller lifting fork, install track roller (Figure 3, Item 1), four washers (Figure 3, Item 3),
and bolts (Figure 3, Item 4) on track frame (Figure 3, Item 2). Tighten bolts to 391 lb-ft (530 Nm).
2. Remove lifting device and roller lifting fork from track roller (Figure 3, Item 1).
