Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Fuel tank weighs approximately 600 lb (270 kg).
10. Attach lifting device on fuel tank (Figure 6, Item 1). Support fuel tank.
11. Remove four bolts (Figure 6, Item 4), washers (Figure 6, Item 3), and washers (Figure 6, Item 2) from machine.
12. Using lifting device, remove fuel tank (Figure 6, Item 1) from machine. Place fuel tank on suitable supports.
13. Remove lifting device from fuel tank (Figure 6, Item 1).
