Remove six bolts (Figure 13, Item 1), washers (Figure 13, Item 2), upper plate (Figure 13, Item 3), and O-ring
(Figure 13, Item 4) from fuel tank (Figure 13, Item 5). Discard O-ring. Repeat this step for lower plate.
