7. Install fire extinguisher (Figure 14, Item 1) and connect retaining strap (Figure 14, Item 2) on machine.

8. Disconnect power supply cable from power supply, and power source if required.
9. Disconnect cable from Computer end of communication adapter and from USB port of MSD.
10. Shut down MSD.
