0174-03 Remains Active - Pro-
engine ECM C6.6 D6K, and
ceed to Test Step 3.
check if diagnostic code 0174-
0174-04 Becomes Active - ECM
03 is active.
and signal circuit test OK, sensor
is faulty. Replace prime pump tem-
perature sensor (WP 0064).
Remove jumper wire from termi-
nals B and C on FF-C4
(WP 0018, Figure 150).
Connect FF-C4
(WP 0018, Figure 150) to prime
pump temperature sensor.
Verify proper operation of machine
(TM 5-2410-240-10).
Test Step 3: Test Harness Sig-
nal Circuit.
1. Turn ignition switch to OFF
position (TM 5-2410-240-10).
2. Remove jumper wire between
terminals B and C on filter link
harness prime pump tempera-
ture sensor connector FF-C4
(WP 0018, Figure 150).
3. Disconnect engine harness to
filter link harness connector E-
C19 (WP 0018, Figure 115)
from filter link harness to
engine harness connector FF-
C1 (WP 0018, Figure 147).
4. Install jumper wire between
terminals 1 and 4 on engine
harness to filter link harness
connector E-C19 (WP 0018,
Figure 115).
5. Turn ignition switch and to ON
position (TM 5-2410-240-10).
