CHECK VALVE INSTALLATION

Remove caps and plugs prior to installation
Install hoses as noted during removal.
1. Install two clamps (Figure 5, Item 6) and tube (Figure 5, Item 8) on hose (Figure 5, Item 7).
2. Install hose (Figure 5, Item 7) on machine and tighten two clamps (Figure 5, Item 6).
3. Install clamp (Figure 5, Item 9) on check valve (Figure 5, Item 5).
4. Install check valve (Figure 5, Item 5) on tube (Figure 5, Item 8) and tighten clamp (Figure 5, Item 9).
5. Install three clamps (Figure 5, Item 10) on hose (Figure 5, Item 1).
6. Install hose (Figure 5, Item 1) on machine and tighten three clamps (Figure 5, Item 10).
7. Install bracket (Figure 5, Item 4), washer (Figure 5, Item 3), and bolt (Figure 5, Item 2) on machine.
8. Install two brackets (Figure 5, Items 4 and 13), washer (Figure 5, Item 11), and bolt (Figure 5, Item 12) on hose
(Figure 5, Item 1).
