Install wires as noted during removal.
1. Install new O-ring (Figure 1, Item 4) on coolant temperature sensor (Figure 1, Item 3).
2. Install coolant temperature sensor (Figure 1, Item 3) on engine. Tighten coolant temperature sensor.
3. Connect harness connector (Figure 1, Item 2) to coolant temperature sensor (Figure 1, Item 3). Slide lock tab
(Figure 1, Item 1) to lock position.

1. Install secondary fuel filter (WP 0063).
2. Fill coolant (WP 0043).
3. Verify correct operation of machine (TM 5-2410-240-10).
