5. Remove two O-rings (Figure 2, Items 1 and 2) from secondary fuel filter bypass switch (Figure 2, Item 3).
Discard O-rings.

Install connectors as noted during removal.
1. Install two new O-rings (Figure 2, Items 1 and 2) on secondary fuel filter bypass switch (Figure 2, Item 3).
2. Install secondary fuel filter bypass switch (Figure 1, Item 4) on filter base (Figure 1, Item 5).
3. Install new tiedown strap (Figure 1, Item 3) on secondary fuel filter bypass switch (Figure 1, Item 4).
4. Connect harness connector (Figure 1, Item 6) on sensor connector (Figure 1, Item 2).
5. Install new tiedown strap (Figure 1, Item 1) on sensor connector (Figure 1, Item 2).
