ENGINE OIL COOLER REMOVAL

Note location of bolts, brackets, and spacer to aid installation.
1. Remove two bolts (Figure 3, Item 6) and bracket (Figure 3, Item 7) from engine oil cooler housing (Figure 3,
Item 4).
2. Position harness (Figure 3, Item 5) and bracket (Figure 3, Item 7) aside.
3. Remove harness retainer (Figure 3, Item 2) from engine oil cooler housing (Figure 3, Item 4).
4. Remove bolt (Figure 3, Item 1) and spacer (Figure 3, Item 11) from engine oil cooler housing (Figure 3, Item 4).
5. Remove two bolts (Figure 3, Item 8) from bracket (Figure 3, Item 9) and engine oil cooler housing (Figure 3,
Item 4). Position bracket (Figure 3, Item 9) aside.
6. Remove nine bolts (Figure 3, Item 3) and engine oil cooler housing (Figure 3, Item 4) from engine (Figure 3,
Item 10).
