WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Track roller weighs approximately 75 lb (34 kg).
This procedure is for one track roller without a guard. Use the same procedure for
remaining track rollers without a guard.
1. Raise and support machine to allow bottom track to hang free.
2. Using lifting device, support track roller (Figure 1, Item 4).
3. Remove four bolts (Figure 1, Item 3), washers (Figure 1, Item 2), and two caps (Figure 1, Item 1) from
machine.
4. Using lifting device, remove track roller (Figure 1, Item 4) from machine. Place track roller on flat level surface.
