Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Track roller weighs approximately 75 lb (34 kg).
This procedure is for one track roller without a guard. Use the same procedure for
remaining track rollers without a guard.
1. Using lifting device, install track roller (Figure 1, Item 4) on machine.
2. Install two caps (Figure 1, Item 1), four washers (Figure 1, Item 2) and bolts (Figure 1, Item 3) on machine.
Tighten bolts to 100 lb-ft (135 Nm).
3. Remove lifting device from track roller (Figure 1, Item 4).
4. Remove support and lower machine.
