WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Track carrier roller weighs approximately 52 lb (24 kg).
The following procedure is for the left track carrier roller. Use the same procedure for the
right track carrier roller.
1. Attach lifting device on track, lift and support track to allow clearance for removal of track carrier roller.
2. Support track carrier roller (Figure 1, Item 1).
3. Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 2) and washers (Figure 1, Item 3) from machine.
4. With assistance, remove track carrier roller (Figure 1, Item 1) from machine. Set track carrier roller on flat level
surface.
