Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Track carrier roller weighs approximately 52 lb (24 kg).
Carrier roller needs to be positioned in centerline between drive sprocket and front idler.
1. With assistance, install track carrier roller (Figure 1, Item 1), two washers (Figure 1, Item 3), and bolts
(Figure 1, Item 2) on machine.
2. Remove lifting device from track.

1. Tighten track (WP 0112).
2. Verify correct operation of machine (TM 5-2410-240-10).
