FRONT BOTTOM GUARDS INSTALLATION

Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Front bottom guard weighs approximately 163 lb (74 kg).
1. With assistance, lift front bottom guard (Figure 19, Item 1), and position hinge (Figure 19, Item 2) on bracket
(Figure 19, Item 3), allowing rear of guard to be suspended on machine.
2. Install mount (Figure 19, Item 1) on front bottom guard (Figure 19, Item 4).
