Remove all caps and plugs from hose ends and fittings before installation.
Install all hoses and fittings as noted during removal.
1. If arctic kit heater equipped, install new O-ring (Figure 24, Item 5) on elbow (Figure 24, Item 4).
2. If arctic kit heater equipped, install elbow (Figure 24, Item 4) on filter base.
3. If arctic kit heater equipped, install new O-ring (Figure 24, Item 7) on tee (Figure 24, Item 8).
4. If arctic kit heater equipped, install tee (Figure 24, Item 8) on elbow (Figure 24, Item 4) and tighten nut (Figure
24, Item 6).
5. If arctic kit heater equipped, install new O-ring (Figure 24, Item 3) on elbow (Figure 24, Item 1).
6. If arctic kit heater equipped, install elbow (Figure 24, Item 1) on tee (Figure 24, Item 8) and tighten nut (Figure
24, Item 2).
7. If arctic kit heater equipped, install fitting (Figure 24, Item 19) on elbow (Figure 24, Item 1).
8. If arctic kit heater equipped, install fuel shutoff (Figure 24, Item 18) on fitting (Figure 24, Item 19).
9. If arctic kit heater equipped, install fitting (Figure 24, Item 17) on fuel shutoff (Figure 24, Item 18).
10. If arctic kit heater equipped, connect hose (Figure 24, Item 16) to fitting (Figure 24, Item 17).
11. If arctic kit heater equipped, install new O-ring (Figure 24, Item 10) on fuel shutoff (Figure 24, Item 11).
12. If arctic kit heater equipped, install fuel shutoff (Figure 24, Item 11) on tee (Figure 24, Item 8) and tighten nut
(Figure 24, Item 9).
13. If arctic kit heater equipped, install new O-ring (Figure 24, Item 13) on connector (Figure 24, Item 12).
14. If arctic kit heater equipped, install connector (Figure 24, Item 12) on fuel shutoff (Figure 24, Item 11).
15. If arctic kit heater equipped, lift boot (Figure 24, Item 14) and connect fuel hose (Figure 24, Item 15) to
connector (Figure 24, Item 12).
