Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury or death to
personnel.
N OT E
The seat weighs approximately 65 lb (30 kg).
1. With assistance, lift left and right joystick supports and harness as a unit into cab.
2. With assistance, install seat (Figure 33, Item 1) on seat air suspension assembly (Figure 33, Item 4). Lift seat
adjuster release lever (Figure 33, Item 5) to position seat on seat air suspension.
3. Install three washers (Figure 33, Item 3) and bolt (Figure 33, Item 2) securing seat (Figure 33, Item 1) to seat
air suspension assembly (Figure 33, Item 4).
