assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure

D6K Dozer with Ripper weighs approximately 38,000 lb (17,300 kg).
1. Using suitable lifting device, raise and support rear of machine with jack stands (Figure 1, Item 2) at bottom of
ripper mounting brackets (Figure 1, Item 1) to allow bottom track to hang free.
