WEATHERPROOF CONNECTOR REPAIR CONTINUED
8. Install sleeve (Figure 4, Item 6) and seal (Figure 4, Item 5) on harness (Figure 4, Item 7).
9. Install terminal (Figure 4, Item 4) on housing (Figure 4, Item 3).
10. Install seal (Figure 4, Item 2) and terminal lock (Figure 4, Item 1) on housing (Figure 4, Item 3).

1. Remove terminal lock (Figure 7, Item 1) from housing (Figure 7, Item 7).
2. Slide shell (Figure 7, Item 5) back on harness (Figure 7, Item 6) to expose seal (Figure 7, Item 4).
3. Slide seal (Figure 7, Item 4) back from housing (Figure 7, Item 7).

Procedure for one terminal is shown. Repeat procedure for other terminals.
4. Remove terminal (Figure 7, Item 2) from housing (Figure 7, Item 7).
5. If defective, remove terminal (Figure 7, Item 2) from wire (Figure 7, Item 3) by cutting through wire just behind
terminal.
