Tag hoses and electrical connectors to aid installation.
6. Loosen tube nut (Figure 3, Item 6) and remove hose (Figure 3, Item 7) from fitting (Figure 3, Item 5).
7. Remove fitting (Figure 3, Item 5) and two O-rings (Figure 3, Item 4) from engine (Figure 3, Item 11). Discard O-
rings.
8. Remove tiedown strap (Figure 3, Item 19) from connector (Figure 3, Item 18). Discard tiedown strap.
9. Disconnect connector (Figure 3, Item 18) from speed sensor (Figure 3, Item 13).
10. Disconnect connector (Figure 3, Item 14) from temperature sensor (Figure 3, Item 15).
11. Remove tiedown straps (Figure 3, Item 17) and harness (Figure 3, Item 16) from torque converter (Figure 3,
Item 12). Position harness aside and discard tiedown straps.
12. Remove bolt (Figure 3, Item 2), washer (Figure 3, Item 3) and clip (Figure 3, Item 1) from torque converter
(Figure 3, Item 12).
