Hydraulic hoses, fittings, and clamps are al installed in generally the same method. This
l
procedure covers installation of one hydraulic hose assembly on machine.
This procedure will install one hose with theaded fitting at each end. Follow the same
r
procedure for additional hoses with threaded fittings at each end.
Install hoses and fittings as noted during removal.
1. Install three new O-rings (Figure 4, Items 2 and 16) and fitting (Figure 4, Item 1) on fuel tank (Figure 4,
Item 15).
2. Install hose (Figure 4, Item 5) and tube nut (Figure 4, Item 3) on fitting (Figure 4, Item 1).
3. Install two new O-rings (Figure 4, Items 8 and 7) and fitting (Figure 4, Item 6) on filter base (Figure 4, Item 9).
4. Install hose (Figure 4, Item 11) on machine.
5. Install clamp (Figure 4, Item 14), washer (Figure 4, Item 13) and bolt (Figure 4, Item 12) on hose (Figure 4,
Item 11).
6. Install hose (Figure 4, Item 11) and tube nut (Figure 4, Item 10) on fitting (Figure 4, Item 6).
7. Install hose (Figure 4, Item 11) and tube nut (Figure 4, Item 4) on fitting (Figure 4, Item 1).
