REMOVAL CONTINUED
13. Loosen latch (Figure 5, Item 1) on door (Figure 5, Item 2).
14. Remove five bolts (Figure 5, Item 4), washers (Figure 5, Item 3), door (Figure 5, Item 2), and plate (Figure 5,
Item 5) from machine.
15. Remove four bolts (Figure 5, Item 6), washers (Figure 5, Item 7), and hold down bracket (Figure 5, Item 8) from
batteries (Figure 5, Item 9).
WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Each battery weighs 58 lb (26 kg).
16. With assistance remove four batteries (Figure 5, Item 9) from machine.
