Tag and mark electrical connectors to aid installation.
Note harness routing to aid installation.
1. Disconnect connector (Figure 1, Item 1) from fuel sending unit (Figure 1, Item 2).
2. Remove two connectors (Figure 1, Item 9) from clips (Figure 1, Item 6).
3. Remove bolt (Figure 1, Item 8), washer (Figure 1, Item 7), and two clips (Figure 1, Item 6) from fuel tank
(Figure 1, Item 5).

Note location and quantity of tiedown straps to aid installation.
4. Remove tiedown straps (Figure 1, Item 3) and fuel tank harness (Figure 1, Item 4) from fuel tank (Figure 1,
Item 5). Discard tiedown straps.
