Clean and inspect all parts IAW Mechanical General Maintenance Instructions (WP 0295).

INSTALLATION

1. Install washer bottle (Figure 1, Item 1), two washers (Figure 1, Item 12), and bolts (Figure 1, Item 11) on pivot
shaft oil reservoir compartment (Figure 1, Item 5).
2. Install two washers (Figure 1, Item 10), bolts (Figure 1, Item 9), and new locknuts (Figure 1, Item 8) on pivot
shaft oil reservoir compartment (Figure 1, Item 5).
3. Tighten two washers (Figure 1, Item 14) and bolts (Figure 1, Item 13) on pivot shaft oil reservoir compartment
(Figure 1, Item 5).
N OT E
Install tiedown straps as noted during removal.
Install connectors as noted during removal.
Install hoses as noted during removal.
4. Connect four hoses (Figure 1, Item 4) on check valves (Figure 1, Item 3).
5. Connect electrical connector (Figure 1, Item 2) on machine harness (Figure 1, Item 7).
6. Install machine harness (Figure 1, Item 7) and new tiedown strap (Figure 1, Item 6) on pivot shaft oil reservoir
compartment (Figure 1, Item 5).
