Note location and quantity of tiedown straps to aid installation.
Tag connectors to aid installation.
Tag hoses to aid installation.
1. Remove tiedown strap (Figure 1, Item 6) from machine harness (Figure 1, Item 7) and pivot shaft oil reservoir
compartment (Figure 1, Item 5). Discard tiedown strap.
2. Disconnect electrical connector (Figure 1, Item 2) from machine harness (Figure 1, Item 7).
3. Disconnect four hoses (Figure 1, Item 4) from check valves (Figure 1, Item 3).
4. Loosen two bolts (Figure 1, Item 13) and washers (Figure 1, Item 14) from pivot shaft oil reservoir compartment
(Figure 1, Item 5).
5. Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 9), washers (Figure 1, Item 10), and locknuts (Figure 1, Item 8) from pivot
shaft oil reservoir compartment (Figure 1, Item 5). Discard locknuts.
6. Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 11), washers (Figure 1, Item 12), and washer bottle (Figure 1, Item 1) from
pivot shaft oil reservoir compartment (Figure 1, Item 5).
