1. Install grommet (Figure 7, Item 2) on machine.
2. Install cable (Figure 7, Item 4) on machine.
3. Install grommet (Figure 7, Item 7) on cable (Figure 7, Item 4).
4. Install plate (Figure 7, Item 8) on grommet (Figure 7, Item 7).
5. Install plate (Figure 7, Item 8), two washers (Figure 7, Item 5), and bolts (Figure 7, Item 6) on machine.
6. Install foot plate (Figure 7, Item 3) and four bolts (Figure 7, Item 1) on machine.
