Always inspect harness connectors that are involved in circuit. Poor
mal
connections can often be the cause of an electrical circuit problem.
Verify that all connections in the circuit are clean, secure and that all
connections are in good condition. If a problem with a connection is
found, correct the problem and verify that this diagnostic code is active
before performing this procedure.
Tag wiring harnesses to aid installation.
0262-04 Code Active - Proceed to
1. Connect MSD (WP 0016). Select
step 2.

No Codes Active - The problem does
not exist at this time. Resume normal
operation.
2. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-2410-240-10).
3. Disconnect chassis harness travel
pressure sensor connector CH-
C9 (WP 0018, Figure 88) from
travel pressure sensor (WP
0129).
4. Check for diagnostic codes (WP
0262-04 Code Active - Proceed to
0013).

0148-03 Code Active - Replace
travel pressure sensor (WP 0129).
Ensure all harness connectors are
reconnected. Verify proper operation
of machine (TM 5-2410-240-10).
5. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
