3. Disconnect front windshield wiper
motor harness connector HL-C27

4. Turn battery disconnect switch
and ignition switch to ON position

5. Turn front windshield wiper/
washer control to ON position (TM
5-2410-240-10).
6. Using digital multimeter, check for
Voltage Less Than Specified Range
voltage (WP 0283) between front
- Proceed to step 7.
