1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position

2. Inspect fuse #10 (TM 5-2410-240- Fuse #10 OK - Proceed to step 3.

3. Disconnect rear wiper motor har-
ness connector HL-C28 (WP
0018, Figure 184) from rear win-
dow wiper motor.
4. Turn battery disconnect switch
and ignition switch to ON position
(TM 5-2410-240-10).
5. Turn rear window wiper/washer
control to ON position (TM 5-
2410-240-10).
6. Using digital multimeter, check for
Voltage Less Than Specified Range
voltage (WP 0283) between rear
- Proceed to step 7.
wiper motor harness connector
Voltage Within Specified Range -
HL-C28 (WP 0018, Figure 184)
Proceed to step 8.
terminal 1 and terminal 4.
Voltage should be approximately 18 to
26 volts.
7. Using digital multimeter, check for
Voltage Less Than Specified Range
voltage (WP 0283) between rear
- Proceed to step 9.

Proceed to step 8.
