Diesel fuel is combustible and an irritant. Skin and eye protection is required. Ensure work
area is well ventilated.
Keep away from open flame and other ignition sources. Failure to follow this warning may
cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Tag and mark wires to aid installation.
Clean up any spillage of fuel immediately.
1. Slide lock tab (Figure 1, Item 1) to unlock position and disconnect harness connector (Figure 1, Item 2) from
fuel pressure sensor (Figure 1, Item 3).
2. Remove fuel pressure sensor (Figure 1, Item 3) from engine (Figure 1, Item 4).
3. Remove washer (Figure 1, Item 5) from fuel pressure sensor (Figure 1, Item 3). Discard washer.
