Diesel fuel is combustible and an irritant. Skin and eye protection is required. Ensure work
area is well ventilated.
Keep away from open flame and other ignition sources. Failure to follow this warning may
cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Install wires as noted during removal.
1. Install new washer (Figure 1, Item 5) on fuel pressure sensor (Figure 1, Item 3).
2. Install fuel pressure sensor (Figure 1, Item 3) on engine (Figure 1, Item 4). Tighten fuel pressure sensor.
3. Connect harness connector (Figure 1, Item 2) to fuel pressure sensor (Figure 1, Item 3). Slide lock tab
(Figure 1, Item 1) to lock position.
