Diesel fuel is combustible and an irritant. Skin and eye protection is required. Ensure work
area is well-ventilated.
Keep away from open flame and other ignition sources. Failure to follow this warning may
cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Install lines as tagged at removal.
Fuel injection lines must only be used once. Discard all fuel injection lines after use.
1. Install fuel rail (Figure 1, Item 3) and bolt (Figure 1, Item 4) on mounting bracket (Figure 1, Item 5). Finger
tighten bolt.
2. Install bracket (Figure 1, Item 1) and two bolts (Figure 1, Item 2) on fuel rail (Figure 1, Item 3). Tighten bolt.

1. Install primary fuel lines (WP 0060).
2. Install fuel pressure sensor (WP 0059).
3. Fill fuel tank (TM 5-2410-240-10).
4. Turn engine start switch to ON position for two minutes (TM 5-2410-240-10).
5. Verify water separator is full of fuel. If water separator is not full of fuel, turn engine start switch OFF then turn
engine start switch ON for two more minutes (TM 5-2410-240-10).
6. Verify correct operation of machine (TM 5-2410-240-10).
