Fuel injectors must be reinstalled in original location in the cylinder head. Handle fuel
injector with care. Make a temporary identification mark on the fuel injector. Failure to
follow this caution may cause engine damage.
8. Pry beneath injector clamp (Figure 4, Item 3) to remove fuel injector (Figure 4, Item 2) and injector clamp
(Figure 4, Item 3) from cylinder head (Figure 4, Item 1).

9. Remove sealing washer (Figure 5, Item 1) and O-ring (Figure 5, Item 3) from fuel injector (Figure 5, Item 2).
Discard sealing washer and O-ring.
