WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure that any lifting equipment used is in good condition
and of suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported by lifting equipment.
Failure to follow this warning may result in death or injury to personnel.
N OT E
Radiator access door weighs approximately 70 lb (32 kg).
6. Remove six bolts (Figure 3, Item 5), spacers (Figure 3, Item 3), and three hinges (Figure 3, Item 2) from
radiator access door (Figure 3, Item 4).
7. Using lifting device, remove radiator access door (Figure 3, Item 4) from machine (Figure 3, Item 1). Lower
radiator access door onto flat surface.
8. Remove lifting device from radiator access door (Figure 3, Item 4).
