Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Failure to follow this warning may result in death or injury to
personnel.
N OT E
Upper radiator grill weighs approximately 70 lb (32 kg).
1. With assistance, install two washers (Figure 11, Item 5) and upper radiator grill (Figure 11, Item 1) on radiator
guard (Figure 11, Item 4).
2. Install two washers (Figure 11, Item 3), bolts (Figure 11, Item 2), washers (Figure 11, Item 6), and nuts
(Figure 11, Item 7) retaining upper radiator grill (Figure 11, Item 1) on radiator guard (Figure 11, Item 4).
3. Close and latch upper radiator grill (TM 5-2410-240-10).
