Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Failure to follow this warning may result in death or injury to
personnel.
N OT E
Lower radiator grill weighs approximately 70 lb (32 kg).
1. With assistance, install two washers (Figure 8, Item 5) and lower radiator grill (Figure 8, Item 1) on radiator
guard (Figure 8, Item 2).
2. Install two washers (Figure 8, Item 6), bolts (Figure 8, Item 7), washers (Figure 8, Item 4), and nuts (Figure 8,
Item 3) retaining lower radiator grill (Figure 8, Item 1) on radiator guard (Figure 8, Item 2).
3. Close lower radiator grill (TM 5-2410-240-10).
